Each service area within Technical Services is charged with supplying specialized support and resources to the University community.
- User Support aids faculty and staff with technology issues in relations to desktop and mobile computing devices.
- Systems Support supplies management for the critical server infrastructure and integration of software based services.
- Telecommunications maintains all communications infrastructure for both voice and data, along with physical wiring and outdoor cable plant.
